At We Luv Orchids & Treasure LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 business days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Live plants are not returnable or refundable.

Handmade Items

  • Please be aware that handmade items may have natural imperfections and variations. These characteristics are not considered defects and add to the unique charm of each piece.

Return Authorization

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • The amount of time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.

  • Only partial refunds are granted if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to the customer's handling.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Address

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at weluvorchidstreasures@gmail.com.

Shipping Area

  • We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the USA and its territories.

  • Shipping Information: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of packages because an erroneous shipping address was entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information!

Live Plants

  • Non-Refundable Items: All sales of live plants are final. Live plants are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Shipping Insurance: Our live plants are shipped with insurance. If your plant is lost, stolen, damaged, or dead upon arrival, please contact the carrier for a refund. The carrier will handle all claims related to shipping issues, and damages or dead plants are insured by the carrier.

  • Winter Shipping: During winter months, we take extra precautions to ensure the safe delivery of live plants. This includes using heat packs and insulated packaging to protect plants from cold temperatures. Despite these measures, if a plant arrives damaged due to cold weather, please contact the carrier for a refund as the shipping insurance covers weather-related damages.

  • Plant Expectations: We are growers, not florists, so do not expect plants to be blooming or in spike when you receive them. Orchids are natural, living beings, so plants may exhibit small cosmetic imperfections like a yellowed leaf, minor mechanical damage, etc.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are only redeemable via our website.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
